Physical Therapy for Headaches & TMJ

What is PDF?

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD) is a condition that renders a person unable to control their pelvic floor muscles. PDF affects many women, especially as a result of pregnancy, delivery, trauma such as fall or car accident, surgery, obesity, or other pelvic conditions including endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, or prolapse. Additionally, PDF can effect men.

Headaches and jaw pain can interfere with your daily activities, sleep, work, and overall quality of life. Physical therapy can help address muscle tension, posture, movement patterns, and other physical factors that may contribute to headaches and jaw discomfort.

At Ally Physical Therapy, we provide individualized treatment to help reduce pain, improve movement, and restore function. Our therapists will evaluate your specific symptoms and develop a treatment plan based on your needs and goals.

I highly recommend Ally Physical Therapy. I’ve had reasons to visit several physical therapy facilities over the years, and Ally is without a doubt the best I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is courteous and professional, as well as warm and friendly. Unlike other places where you get assigned to an assistant or an aide, the therapists here give one-on-one, hands-on attention. I see Dr. Rob, who is absolutely amazing. He cares deeply for his patients, he’s funny and a great conversationalist, but most importantly he’s highly skilled and knows how to get good results. If you are in need of physical therapy, I promise you will not be disappointed with Ally!
